My Company

My company works in a strange fashion,
And I do not understand the deliberation
For what I see half of the time is reporting,
PD’s and countermeasures filled with sugar coating,

For every excel sheet looks like a programmed calculator,
What I don’t understand is why we aren’t a big profit generator,
Everyone is busy making presentations for upcoming meetings,
With pending mails in inbox, keeping the customers waiting.

I understand the dips in quality – once, twice or thrice,
What I don’t get is why can’t we work enough to suffice,
And no, I am not questioning any individual efforts here,
I just want to point at the missing a loophole somewhere.

With a flat organization, the numbers of hours invested also go lean,
And its time to figure out the muda, to come out clean,
Maybe it’s not Quality, Production or R&D’s mistake after all,
Tone down the meetings & cancel ppts, bcoz someone has to take a call-2.
